A Message from Our President
At A Warmer Day, we feel it is important that our supporters know exactly how we allocate the generous donations and support we receive. For that reason, we make that information available here so that anyone can review our financial information or tax returns at any time. We encourage you to review all of the documents we have provided so that you can understand exactly how we operate.
During your review, you will notice that there are no funds directed toward payroll of any kind. That’s right! No one at A Warmer Day including our Board of Directors, Founders, President, Vice President or Treasurer receives compensation of any kind for their services. We are a team of volunteers with a passion for our mission. This means that every penny we receive goes toward our goal of providing coats and other winter apparel to underprivileged children and families.
You will also find our other corporate documents here on our website. These include our Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws. These documents govern how the organization is run and give us the structure necessary to ensure that we remain focused on our mission.
At A Warmer Day, we believe that the only way to demonstrate our commitment to the community is through complete transparency. We hope you agree.
