The links below will take you to some of our most important documents. Our Articles of Incorporation were filed and accepted with the Nebraska Secretary of State in August 2016. Our Bylaws are our governing document and outline our structure and operating procedures. These documents have all been filed with the state of Nebraska to allow us to operated as a non-profit corporation.
The IRS 501(c)(3) Determination Letter allows us to operate as a tax-exempt organization. This means that donations we receive can be tax deductible and that we are exempt from income tax as a charitable organization.
There are strict rules that govern how we must operate to stay in compliance, both on a state and federal level. We have a talented team including our Treasurer, Melissa Haecker who work to ensure we are always in compliance.
